Job description:
Oxylabs is an enterprise-grade web data infrastructure, purpose-built for organizations operating at global scale. It helped define what public web data access could look like and still sets the standard others build against. That same ambition runs through the culture: engineers take ownership of problems no one else has solved and push each other to raise the bar.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with Event Marketing Managers, Video Production Specialist, Developers, Content, Design, Accounting, and Commercial teams to execute event marketing strategies and achieve event goals.
Plan and manage Oxylabs9 events, including conferences, meetups, hackathons, and webinars, from concept to on-site or online execution.
Manage event timelines and budgets, monitor progress and results, and keep stakeholders informed.
Plan and manage end-to-end communication with speakers, including researching and contacting potential speakers, guiding them through preparation, rehearsals, timelines, and logistical details.
Research and coordinate event suppliers, freelancers, services, and logistics locally and internationally for online and live events.
Create event marketing content, including event briefs, landing pages, agendas, emails, and technical scripts, while supporting process improvements in event marketing planning and execution.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in event marketing or event production.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proactive and independent, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Fluent in English and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
Nice to have
An interest in technology and innovation.
Company offers:
40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing.
Private health insurance, psychotherapy, on-site well-being consultants, 24/7 gym access, and a wellness app.
Team events, an overseas workation, quarterly team-building budgets, and plenty of ways to mark milestones together.
Bonus vacation days, paid life-moment days off, barista coffee, and all the tools you need.
Health insurance, hybrid work, learning budget, workation, 24/7 gym + more
Cyber City office perks
Hybrid work (3 office days / 2 WFH) & WFA options
Latest tools, gadgets & tech stack

Vast internal & external learning resources
