Job description:
At Nord Security’s B2B team, we build cybersecurity products that enable businesses to protect themselves and their data.
From product and engineering to sales, marketing, and data — our teams work closely together to deliver secure, scalable solutions trusted by companies around the world.
Your impact? Empowering businesses everywhere to keep their people, systems, and data safe.
Research, identify, contact and recruit new affiliate partnerships, targeting both: affiliates that are already in the SaaS/cybersecurity space and affiliates that are new to the space.
Negotiate and structure deals (CPA, rev-share, hybrid, flat-fee placements) that work for both sides and scale profitably.
Build strong relationships with all affiliate partners and affiliate network partners.
Own partner performance: analyze data, spot issues and opportunities, audit traffic quality, and optimize toward ROAS and pipeline targets.
Collaborate with the Product and Product Marketing team to ensure partner editorial teams have all the latest product updates and releases.
Constantly seek innovations - new channels, niches, funnels, and opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing (in B2B SaaS space would be an advantage).
Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks and comfortable with tracking/attribution mechanics.
Knowledge of some digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
Strong analytical skills, confident with analyzing data to give impactful business recommendations.
Solid negotiation skills aimed at tangible results.
Ability to work autonomously to run a portfolio of partners end-to-end as well as manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
