Darbo aprašymas:
We’re building a new digital bank from scratch — and strong data capabilities are essential for making well-informed decisions in compliance and risk management.
As we expand our data team, we’re looking for a Data Analyst who will work with business and risk data, turn complex information into clear insights, and help AML, compliance, and risk teams make better data-driven decisions.
You’ll combine business understanding with hands-on analytics, working with Power BI, SQL, Azure, and dbt to build reliable reports, data models, and analytical solutions.
Every day, you’ll be and:
Collaborate with AML, compliance and risk management teams, gathering requirements and translating them into analytical and technological solutions;
Own the numbers for your domain. Know what “normal” looks like in transaction monitoring, KYC and sanctions screening well enough to spot a wrong figure or emerging risk early;
Define and document key AML metrics, such as alert-to-SAR conversion and false positive rates, so each has a single definition used the same way in every dashboard, report and AI-assisted answer;
Investigate anomalies and suspicious patterns, and present findings clearly to people who don’t think in SQL;
Use AI tools to work smarter, speeding up analysis and moving routine questions into AI-assisted self-serve, so your time goes to work that needs judgment;
Build and own AML dashboards and reporting, and close the loop by following up on decisions and their outcomes.
Reikalavimai:
Professional experience (typically 2+ years) as a data analyst, BI analyst or in a similar role where your work fed real business or risk decisions
Strong SQL, and the instinct to sanity-check a result before you trust it, especially when it ends up in a regulatory or management report
Experience building dashboards that people actually use, in Power BI or a similar tool
A solid grasp of practical statistics: comparing groups, reading trends, and knowing when a change in alerts or risk patterns is real and when it is noise
Clear communication: short write-ups that lead with the answer, and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders, compliance and risk teams
Curiosity about how financial crime, compliance and risk processes work, not only how the data works
Ownership. You care whether your numbers are right and whether anyone acted on them
Fluent Lithuanian and English
Privalumai
Experience in AML, compliance, fraud or risk management in banking, fintech or another regulated industry
Knowledge of AML processes such as transaction monitoring, KYC/CDD or sanctions screening
Python for analysis (pandas or similar)
Experience with dbt, a semantic layer, or working with Git and code review
Familiarity with Databricks or another modern cloud data platform
Įmonė siūlo:
A platform built with analysts in mind. Governed definitions, a modern stack and an AI analyst that takes the repetitive questions off your desk, so you spend your time on the interesting ones.
