Job description:
Guru Pay is an EMI based in Lithuania with a goal to deliver a personalized boutique service to B2B, B2C and C2B customers. Our team is small, yet highly ambitious in delivering high-tier service for our business accounts.
We are seeking a pure outbound hunter 6 someone who thrives in building a client base from scratch, enjoys the chase, and lives for closing deals. If you are looking for a role with a ready-made portfolio, this is not for you. If you get energized by turning 3cold 4 prospects into long-term customers 6 read on.
Build your outbound sales pipeline from zero by searching the Guru Pay 2s ICP in targeted markets;
Hit and exceed weekly/monthly KPI for calls, meetings, proposals, and closed deals;
Prospect using multiple channels 6 calls, email, LinkedIn, events;
Represent Guru Pay at international conferences and B2B events to secure new business;
Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to growing client for the first 6 months
Report on pipeline health and provide market insights to management;

Requirements:
Experience in iGaming, Fintech or affiliate targeting the iGaming co-system;
Proven outbound sales success with measurable KPI achievements;
A strategist, who can identify the correct individual approach to the perspective customer to seal the deal;
Close to native English (C1 or above) speaking and writing skills;
Permit to live and work in Lithuania;
A positive collaborator - a good team player can delegate and ensure a solution. A great one will ensure effective communication, be involved for speedier answers and will acknowledge their colleague 2s input.
